DHS Bullshit...

Someone reported us for neglect to DHS so we are being investigated. Kian's doctor told us he told the caseworker that her "concerns" are unfounded because we are doing everything for him we should be. So anyway...yeah had a f*cking social worker show up yesterday morning. We have 3 attorneys working on getting this closed and stuff to where DHS can't bring anything up again. They said that we weren't meeting his needs. Which is a crock of shit since we take him to all his appointments and stuff. I mean Dr. Koenig even told her it was unfounded because we have him in every program he can possibly be in. He told her that he is a preemie who is developmentally delayed and since he does have a few issues that is why we are working on it all. We think it was probably the home health nurse that called since she is pissed off with us about divorcing and has been all "you need to stay together for Kian" type deal and this past week I had something else to do with Kian after her appointment. Well....she called 45 minutes AFTER she was supposed to be here wanting to come then and I was like we just need to reschedule. Okay well she went off about how she was going on vacation and it would put her past the 3 month mark when she got back to do the visit. That is my problem how??? Needless to say we are going to drop her and have Dr. Koenig manage everything. There's just too much boundaries being overstepped by her. I don't give a rats ass who thinks we should have stayed together or not....that is OUR choice. Besides like I told her and some of the others it is better for us to have split up now and be able to maintain a good relationship between us for Kian than to let it get to the point of fighting. I said my parents stuck it out like she suggested we do and it actually did us more harm than good, and I am NOT putting my son through that. I've got a great boyfriend now that I am falling for and he loves my kid. Who could ask for more than that? Seriously, people need to back the f*ck off.
